Service can be good or bad. Food always takes forever (at every DQ I've been to in Texas). 50% of the time your ice cream will be made the way you ordered it, the other 50% you wonder if they can read the order screen at all because it will be correct on your receipt, but made completely differently. If it was more consistent, I would probably rate it higher.
We felt the bathrooms were great for the women. Clean and actually smelled nice! Keep up the great work!
Stopped by a little after 5pm. Walkup counter wasn’t busy but drive-through was. Took 10 minutes to get a chocolate malt and mini blizzard despite the six people running into each other behind the counter. The reason for one star is the malt had lots of ice crystals in it as if it was made with unflavored slushy mixed with the ice cream. DQ is normally very smooth and creamy.
Fresh hot food. Good service. Very busy.
Just driving through and dropped in to with the family to eat and the experience was horrible. I'm sorry but anytime Im paying for food and it wasn't no chump change $46 for family of 5, all our hamburgers we're cold. The meat looked like it had been sitting there precooked for hours and the cheese was cold on the ready to eat burger and the buns we're old. I'm sorry very bad fast food service.
