Extremely RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, DISRESPECTFUL (From the time I went in about my food!) employee, RACHEL!
Total dump! Burrito Supreme was 1/2 gross tasting beans. I Shldve cancelled the order after seeing what this place looked like. 6 or 7 people working and the place was dirty??
HAD all of these orders to make. Sat here for 45 minutes already and still haven't seen anyone else in here with their order yet. Absolute worst experience of my life. There is prolly fifteen people in this restaurant and no one in the drive thru. Absolutly no reason other than lazy! Need new management asap!
If i could give 0 stars i would. Went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece meal. After I paid they had me wait for my food, not a big deal. After waiting 10 minutes an employee comes to my truck with the wrong food . I told him what I ordered and 10 minutes later he comes back with the wrong food again. Then another employee asked what I ordered, so I told him. 5 minutes later he comes back out and tells me that everything is ready but they are waiting on biscuits. 7 pm and they are out biscuits? I told him I've been waiting almost 30 minutes. He goes in and comes back out with my food and, without asking, tells me it will be 5 more minutes for biscuits so instead he gave me mac & cheese and a few cookies. At this point i was so annoyed i said whatever and left. When i got home i opened the chicken bucket and there are only 9 pieces of chicken and 4 of the pieces are wings all extra crispy. I ordered a 12 piece, 6 original and 6 extra crispy. This place sucks! Do not go there. They will not answer the phone so I couldn't deal with them directly.
Drive thru had 6 cars waiting before I went in, SEVERAL CUSTOMERS WAITING inside as well.
I went to get some quick food. Got my order quick but my wife received a small chicken burger (k4) and it had a cold bun and a 1 1/2 pieces of chicken with nothing on it and they gave us mash potatos when we ordered fries. We told the lady we wanted another sandwich but her manager denied our request and then she later came outside yelling at us that we ate part of the chicken because supposedly she cooked our sandwich. After arguing and being disrespectful to us she finally agreed to at least give me my sandwich back but since she had no fries she said " I'll gladly give you a refund". Didn't ask for her name but I think her name tag said Brandi, older white woman.
KEVIN the manager uses unprofessional language towards customers, as well as NOT regulating his workers ethics.
WILL NEVER GO BACK!
1 of my children got nachos & food had bad odor, tacos were not correct (some had no meat, NONE have tomatoes) as well as find hair on a quesadilla!!!
