VERY good food. We were just passing through and stopped there. I got a pulled pork sandwich, and it was exceptional. Both the macaroni and mashed potatoes were the best I've had in some time. We also had the grilled chicken, which was the best I've had in a while. Would definitely stop here again.

The location was nice and clean and had friendly service. The food was good and fresh. Only gripe was that there was no ice cream machine like other Dickey's locations. It also had free internet and outlets, which was great.
... never ate at dickeys but I have seen then before so I thought... it's the only bbq place in ft Stockton... how bad can it be??? I wanted some pinto beans... what bbq place in Texas don't have pintos??? dickeys, ok I like bbq beans... so I ordered bbq beans n pot.
Atmosphere was nice but I found the food didn't excite my taste buds. Great customer service, fair prices, good selection, but was hoping for some hearty bar-b-que flavor.
We arrived at 7 pm on a Saturday night and they already had chairs stacked and we're obviously more interested in going home than serving people. The sauce had already been put away and they were handing out cups of sauce that were cold. The meat was also lupe-warm. In addition, there is no ice cream machine at this location which is unusual for a Dickey's. Staff was decently friendly but not the usual level of friendliness we expect at a Dickey's. Don't expect a typical Dickey's experience at this location as you'll be disappointed.
salad.. Yuhhgggg... the beans taste like they are pork-n- beans right out of the can. and the potatoes salad is the kind like you get at Wal-Mart for 3.00 a gallon... but the ham was good
