This is a surprisingly good hotel for a very small town in west Texas. The staff is very nice and helpful, they are also very accommodating for very large groups. The rooms are nice and clean. The gym is a good size. Breakfast is on par with other hotels.
Simply amazing!!! Room and amenities we're top notch and the customer service couldn't have been better! Definitely recommend staying here.
Super clean, nice staff, fair hot breakfast
I had checked in via my Marriott app almost 6 hours ago and I am a platinum member of Marriott. When I arrived I was given my room keys but when I went to the room it was not made up at all. It seemed it was not cleaned and the bed was not made see my photos . I called downstairs and they did give me another room but it wasted another 15 minutes. I was tired from a long drive and I expected to check in to a clean nice room. That did not happen. Not happy at all about this. Very dissatisfied at this Marriott location
Place looked brand new, staff was excellent. The price was right for the value we received. One of the best special-needs rooms in this road trip when it came to meeting ADA and accessible while still being a really nice place to stay. Lots of room for wheel/transport chairs, large bathroom with good handrails and fold down seats and get this, three shower tub settings. One for tub, one for overhead shower (yeah, but wait for it) even a hand held shower hose. NICE! Beds were solid, good space between walls and between them (double queen, traveling with special needs teenager). Will use it again if we travel that route again. Highly recommended for any class of ability.
