The room/bathroom was clean and comfortable.
If the elevator was working the stay would have been better. All in all it was good.
Comfortable room, friendly staff, great rate, and clean. Only thing they could improve on is breakfast. Although they supplied a warm breakfast, it was limited to 3 items (eggs, sausage, and waffles). Would stay here again.
Great layover spot on the way to Austin. Not much in the area aside from a few gas stations. Front desk was curtious and efficient. Rooms where clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very average but aren't they all...will stay again when the need arises.
Expected a lot more!! The microwave didn't work, the Wifi only worked half the time, then when you call the support line you are just on hold forever. Pool area was not clean.
We are regulars to Fort Stockton and this was our regular hotel until recently. It is a nice place to stay until the floor underneath you has a leak in their ceiling. That is what happened on our last experience here. The hotel staff called really early in the morning to ask if there is a leak in the bathroom, there was none. An hour or two later they had a housekeeper come to our room (unannounced; we would appreciate a courtesy call at least but none) to check for a leak, she found no leak. Then the whole fricken staff came up to our room (unannounced!) while we were getting ready, to check if there's a leak. No visible leaks. Advice to management: next time this happens, just give a one courtesy call to the room and tell the guest that you need to check the room for leaks. One call, one visit. That experience you put us through was down right disrespectful to us. Definitely not staying here anymore. I recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites down the street; same price range with higher quality and services.
