Bad experience all the way around! Showed up at 5pm to check in, room was still being cleaned. Sat in lobby until after 6, when I finally went to the desk to say I was leaving, they said "Oh, your room was ready 15 min ago!" Worse, a lady chatting with friends in the lobby while I was waiting, turned out to be the head of housekeeping but chose to chat instead of get customers into their rooms. The bottom sheet was as rough as a burlap bag, I ended up sleeping with the comforter wrapped around me. I will pay a higher rate to stay elsewhere next time.
Nice hotel. I stayed 2 nights, it was comfortable. Breakfast is decent but i don't like packaged food that has loads of sugar in it, but that's what we get these days.
Seems like a brand new hotel. Very spacious rooms here. Lots of room all around. Good location as well.
Pool is nice. AC is noisy, you may want to bring ear plugs to sleep in quiet.
Friendly staff ,comfortable beds.But the thing that seperates it from the others is the breakfast. Such pride in preperation and content is hard to find.
We did not have a reservation but they still gave me a discount. The hotel is very nice, love the way they decorated. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. As usual with HIE the beds are awesome as is the shower.
