I must say this is the first time me or my family have had problems with this establishment. My mom went for an appt and new glasses. First of all it takes about a month for glasses to get done. Than my mom gets called to go for adjustments in her glasses. She orders for both lenses to have a tint but when she gets the glasses both lenses tint but one lense stays tinted and one clears and they are not adjusted to how they were adjusted before. Why make her make the trip all the way to Stockton when nothing was done right. Well obviously she is not satisfied so we make another trip to Stockton to get their errors corrected. Upon staff members checking the glasses they realize the mistakes and offer to get them fixed. Before leaving the office they ask my mom if she would like them mailed to her or if she'd like to pick them up. My mom requested to get them mailed since we had made quite a few trips already. So everything was set.....SO WE THOUGHT. Today mom gets a call that her glasses are done. Mom tells them she had requested getting them mailed and gets told she has to pay $10 for shipping!!! So upon telling me I call and get told it's $5 for shipping. Seems like everyone has different shipping prices but when I ask how come that wasn't brought up when we were asked about mailing or pickup, no clear answer could be given. I just wish everyone knew what was up to par with prices and how things are handled. Now she'll have to wait till we can go to Stockton again and pick them up. It may not seem like a major deal to the staff members at this establishment but my mother has health issues that don't always allow her to travel. Next time, tell the patients how it really is

Doctor Josh Pass is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He takes his time answering questions and is very thorough. He recommended an excellent doctor for the cataract surgery I needed. Dr. Josh is as competent as his father, Dr. Hulon Pass. They are both top of the line professionals who are comparable to any big city optometrists.

Very friendly staff, clean enviroment, always a pleasurable visit with hardly any wait. Dr. Josh Pass is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable about his field and is extremely well equipped to handle all your eye care needs!

They lie to customers to get their money. Lied about when contact would be in. I was advise give us a week and then on the phone said she told me 3 weeks. You're better off going to Midland or Odessa. Big disappointment here.
