Needed to get a new cluster flashed to the truck. Already had everything out. All I needed was a tech to come hook up the computer and flash the new cluster. A 5 minuit job. Service department refused to send anyone out. Said I needed to make an appointment for 2 weeks out.
They were very friendly helping us to take a look at the check engine light. Unfortunately they were fully booked, so couldn't repair our van. But the service was great and free! And do not forget to say hi to their adorable cat named 'Cat'.

They did priority service on a broken window with tremendous diligence getting the broken bits out of the door. Very professional and reasonable. GM even lent me his car so I could get some lunch.
