The staff was nice helped me get back on the road quick. They need more parts in stock in case of an emergency.

Paid these people over $5000 to work on my torque converter. It was a VERY poor job. Bolts missing and I am sure other things as well. Truck still out there, and after asking what is the deal, I was told to piss off. Midland Dealership is having to help with this mess now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
If this is how they treat a non-paying customer who they will never see again, I can only imagine that their regular customers must be treated like royalty. I highly recommend them if you want to be treated well and have someone work on your vehicle who cares. They do care. And you don't see that in the business world too much anymore.
We had a warning light come on 87 miles from Ft Stockton, on our Ram truck. I called this dealership and they were so friendly. We arrived, they scanned the computer codes, diagnosed our problem and had us on our way in a very short yime. Great service, great people, very accommodating.
While on a 3-month trip across the country, I went to the Ram Country Jeep dealership with a transmission problem. Despite no appointment, they diagnosed the problem quickly. They were honest and said that it would take several days to get parts in. Knowing I couldn't wait a week or more, they contacted another Jeep dealership in another city and made arrangements for me to go there that same day. They even spoke with my road service company regarding getting me towed. Each one of the staff I encountered at Ram Country was pleasant, friendly, and helpful and they went out of their way to make me comfortable during the 7 hours I was there.
