If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They are the absolute worst real estate agency I have ever worked with. The agent wanted us to give our personal credit scores to seller, on top of 4% more Ernest money that what is required. They do not care about appraisals or doing things the right way. I have bought and sold several houses and this was by far the most bizarre experience I have ever had. Do not use this agency or ever work with Priscilla. She will nickel and dime you when all you are trying to do is find a home.
Since listing agent for a foreclosure in my town was with Century 21, I was obligated to deal with them to purchase the property. My local agent provided great service for me throughout the process. All I ever asked of the Century 21 agent was that she come get the lock box off my front door after we closed. I called twice and asked. Each time I was told it would be taken care of over the weekend. We closed on July 17; today is August 18. It's still there!. Talk about take and money run!
