Traveling cross country and all I wanted was a personal pan pizza and breadsticks. Both were burnt to a crisp.
Good food! Service could’ve been improved a little
The place was clean and food great. The salad was prepared in the back it looked and tasted great. The wings were crispy, had just enough sauce and meat was still juicy. The thin and crispy pizza was not greasy at all, just crunchy enough and delicious! Yes I am very picky with my food . Our waitress Sandra did not have us wait for anything and was so friendly. I would say this is the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to in my life to bad I am from further down south just traveling.
We essentially got told no for everything. There's a sign outside for a pizza and wing combo. When we asked we were told it's only for takeout or delivery. Then we ordered a bbq chicken pizza and she came back later and told us no chicken. So we ordered spaghetti pan size and was told that's the only pasta not served in pan size. The menu doesn't reflect this. We ordered a single spaghetti and when it came we asked for a spoon. She said no spoons. When the bill came we were overcharged for our wings. It was wing night so $0.60 per wing. When we asked about the bill they told us the wings we ordered did not qualify. Despite us specifically telling her we wanted the 0.60 wings. All in all it was a terrible experience.
This Pizza Hut was sub par and I was let down. The orders were incorrect, the food was low quality and the service and facilities were low quality.
