I called to hire Mr Jepson to return my call on a new child custody case for my 14 year old daughter. Nothing complicated. After 3 attempts, and 3 weeks gone by, I have yet to receive a phone call from Mr Jepson or his paralegal on this matter. And I was willing to pay all costs up front in full to rush this case!! Very frustrating!!
Do not EVER hire this individual. Want to know what abandonment is? Try this guy! My family begged and pleaded for his assistance which fell on deaf ears. Did not take phone calls while in custody. Danced to foul beat of the drum the prosecutor beat.
Mr. Jepson is very professional and help us with our grandbabies. He did everything he said was possible and we were able to keep our grandbabies out of CPS. The ladies working there Elma and Martha were very helpful and understanding. They help kept me on track with Mr Jepson instructions and timing. I am so greatful for him...
Very low level of customer service. Will not return your calls. Do not hire him
