The staff was very kind and polite. After the 10 min wait in the waiting room, the PA gave me a lot of his time and asked so many questions. I wasn't rushed or left alone to sit. I was so impressed with their service. They discovered two issues I had apparently my who life and no one else ever discovered. I can't tell you how much better I feel all around. Asthma was something simple that no Dr had ever taken the time to fully listen and diagnos. Only complaint is they need more funding for better equipment and building updates.
The entire staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. A nurse practitioner that I see always goes above and beyond to treat me with amazing care and profound knowledge. The wait is usually short (est. 30min) and they go by your income if you are without insurance. I absolutely love the Cactus Clinic!
