Our truck towing our 5th wheel broke down in the middle of nowhere. They came to us with parts and tried to get us back on the road right there. After working for hours, the problem was bigger than could be fixed on the spot. They took our family to a hotel in their service truck and returned to tow the truck and trailer. They literally worked through the night to get us back on the road. Glenn explained the bill and were very pleased with the price, given the service we received. These guys could easily take advantage of people in our position, but they don't. They are hard working, fair and honest. Our family is grateful
When we got to Ft Stockton, we discovered we had a shredded tire on our travel trailer. We contacted Good Sam, & Champs was dispatched. Great service. So thankful.
Hit a mule deer 5 miles from Fort Stockton Tx. and was stranded on side road with three kids and my fiancee, and they stopped and pulled the frame off my passager tire. Just so we could get to the hotel and was all done out of the goodness of there hearts according to my fiancee's words .. thank you gentlemen we appreciate it ! Excellent people, great service. highly recommended them to everyone!
Did a "quick" fix so we could get on our way which just left us stranded. Called back for help again and they never came, after verbally acknowledging us that they would send their "guy" to come check it out. So basically held us up six hours didn't fix anything, and charged us $150 for a clamp, and for some reason a tire patch. Like a tire patch would fix a thermostat housing. Skip this place at all cost, because in the end it'll cost you.
Inexpensive, super helpful. Towed and fixed our RV for a fraction of the cost that others quoted us. We highly recommend Champs!
