I placed a "to go" order and was told it would be 10 - 15 minutes.
The service? Well it sucked.
After traveling for several hours I came into ft Stockton. The food we received to go was hot & fresh. The server taking our order was very helpful and made suggestions. I had the green chili chicken it was absolutely delicious. We are coming back for breakfast.
Will I go back? No, if they had handled it better by not making excuses, perhaps.
Great food, nothing fancy, comfort food. Wait staff was very pleasant. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the long wait. The Kiwanis club was there and we waited 45 minutes, kitchen was backed up. Just avoid Sunday around 1 pm. It was worth the wait however. Will go back.
So it comes down to this. Can I rate the food? No, I never received the order I placed.
I waited 30, patiently. Then asked for my money back. Then had to wait 10 minutes for someone to refund my money. It was 40+ minutes and my food still was not ready.
Save yourselves! Don't go!!! We waited for over an hour for two hamburgers to-go. The hamburgers were absolutely NOT worth the wait or the money ($16.22). Paying the bill was another story. She couldn't find our bill, then she found somebody else's bill - all the time we were standing there letting our burgers get colder and colder. We presented a discount card to the cashier before she rang us up. She "forgot" to apply the discount and when we asked her about it, she said it was too late. We demanded that, after all the other problems, she give us the discount. She had to call the manager - more waiting - then the manager was extremely rude. I would give this place no stars if I could. NOTE: There's a Sonic down the street - faster, better and less expensive.
Great cheese sticks they are so big just those could fill up a person friendly service and great live music on friday nights
